This is one of the very few hosting in the market which has no to zero flaw. As per customer experience.

For me I will say that their set up time needs some work. And also their basic hosting packages lack advance features tremendously. You might avail them at your ease but you will need to upgrade your plan. Now it might not be an issue for many but also can be disliked by some.

Overall I would give them 4/5.

They provide VPS with Directadmin. Which was a down side for me since I preferred cPanel. But having used them for a year I am comfortable now.

Support, problem solving time all are good. But their interface gets buggy sometimes. As usual I report that whenever that happens & they solve it quickly. It's not a big of a deal. But I know for many it will be one.

So, in order to gain for customers they really need to up their game.
