Poorest among the poor support if your compare with other hosting services. Tickets aren't answered for days. And also there is no co-ordination between their support and tech team.

Often the support will say something and the tech team will end up doing some other thing. One time a client of mine asked to change the password of their account and they end up changing all of the passwords throughout in that account. Took days to get into the panel and change the file (as the client intended to do in the first place).
