We have Acronis installed in our cPanel based server. It went smoothly.
But when I tried to open the plugin it is not loading at all. I have also tried contacting them but no actionable response I am getting.

In error log of cPanel, what is it saying? If your cPanel is loading and Acronis is not then it had to be logged.

No, you are not seeing it clearly. It should state with clear date and timing.
And moreover if cPanel is loading fine. Then all others things are running fine? Have you checked?

Ok I got it.
Invalid time zone. It is saying Host.
But why would the Hosting's timezone would have a problem?

Then simply change the Host to "UTC" in your php.ini file.
Why would it be different? Ask that question to your hosting provider. Or, post in the cPanel forum.
