I have say only $60 budget for my online business that I can spend per month. Then how should I spend it. Draw me some ideas that can make the most out of my online business.

You can forget about PPC or such other advertising campaigns as $60 is not much. In my opinion you should focus on link building, with $60 budget you can get some pretty good links which can help you get well ranked and help to generate free traffic.
