Bought an expired domain with good links!!

Expired domain has got some good links to its homepage. How should I proceed with this?

First, check the quality of the backlinks using Moz tool. If its looks good then proceed with it.

Well now you have to create some content for it. The site has to look live. Then you can link from it to your main site or elsewhere.
