In webmasters tool I am only seeing the domain name referred from. How to know from which page and which link is referring?

Many link analysis tools show it to you right away such as SEMrush.

Exact url is only shown by paid tools. So, go for any one of them.

It comes with a price, yes. But also there are other options for you to use them.

Well when I was staring I also didn't have much money to spend on these tools. So, I talked with some of my co-workers and we bought the tools for two - three even more persons. You would take turn on the tools to use them. In this we can use these paid tools with minimum spending.
