If a blog is getting more than 10k unique visits per month then to monetize it which network is the best for it?

If you have an adsense account then I would suggest that apply adsense ads immediately. You easily earn atleast $100 per month with this traffic.

The avg time spent on site is around 2.50 mins and BR is around 40%.

Certainly its not bad. Try adsense first. See how much is your eCPM and CTR (rate & price). Once you have a fair idea then you can go for even direct ad sales.
