Trust flow refers to the number of trustworthy quality backlinks your site got. If a link pointing to your website is authoritative and qualitative, then your trust flow will increase.The thing to notice here is that if TF Increase, then CF should also increase. However, if CF increase, it is not necessary that TF will increase too.
The reason is actually both terms refers to number of backlinks pointing to your domain. TF includes Qualitative backlinks and CF includes all backlinks.
