I am new to affiliate marketing, So, I am having some dilemmas. Should I promote low risk E-Mail/Zip submit offers or go for Pay per sale offers? What are your suggestions?

One thing I know for sure is that E-Mail/Zip submit offers doesn't perform well. They are basically a waste of time if you ask me.

Instead using email/zip you can choose PPL campaigns. They are more likely to get sales.
