I am trying to hire someone for my blog to do some SEO work. But I am seeing terrible reviews of Fiverr SEO. Are they all Black hat?

Its not all bad but most of them are. So, its wise not to buy SEO services from them.

I got scammed once in Fiverr. So, you can get what's point of view in this.
