Bing is about to focus on the devices which we use more in our day to day life.

Is it because they know that they will not be able to take the competition from Google? What's your opinion.

No Frank, I don't think that way. As Google is a much bigger fish in the major non-mobile devices so Bing will be emphasizing its efforts in Mobile devices that's all. They are not giving away the competition or that they think they will not be able to take away the competition from Google.
