Targeting Multiple Keywords from one page

Is it possible to target multiple keywords from one page? All the keywords are related to the main keyword which is in the headline of the page.

You can just add those keywords at the general tags section of that page.

Yes you can do that. If you use Wordpress, I would suggest you use Yoast SEO plugin, this plugin support you do multiple keywords on one page (premium version).
