If your site has quality audience along with high DA/PA & Majestic TF/CF then its not that hard to find guest bloggers. You will just have to put the word out that your are providing do-follow links for guest bloggers and you will find plenty who are willing to provide you with good quality content. Go to facebook groups and linkedin groups post your site's specifications and your post requirement. You can also make page in your site saying guest bloggers which will help you to grab guest bloggers from visits. Community sites in your niche can also be very helpful. Make your profile signature saying guest bloggers needed. I am sure you will find plenty.

You can also contact them personally via emails. Find them in social networking sites and start conversation not about guest posting about something else in your niche as soon as you got their attention you ask them to guest post.
