if i write an article , and after 1-2 days if i post it on article website. does this make any bad/good effect on my original website??

Are you saying you are writing the same article on a website and posting that same article on the similar website again or another forum/ blog?
That would be considered as duplicate content don't you think. It would not be nice to repeat your writing again and again.

The same article in other forums and blog it's considered as the duplicate content it would not be good. So you can post an article on same site or another site with different content.

That will not be good because google will evaluate your article with duplicate content, it is best to have unique and unique article.
