Looking for a low cost yet reliable VPS in Spain.

It should be a good starter VPS based in Madrid, Spain. Must be within the range of $10.

For low cost go for IONOS or Ginernet. (Both are less than $5, as a starter plan)

For more balanced option you can go for Axarnet.

Cowabi or Arsys are the best in the market. But they are not certainly low cost as you need.
