Need VPS for a small website

Hi everyone, I’m new to VPS hosting and need something fast and reliable for a small website.
I don’t have much technical knowledge, so it should be easy to use: 50 gbs of ssd, 4 gbs of RAM.
What are your views on Exmasters.com vps? Can anyone recommend a good provider?
