How to build good relationship with clients? I mean through email newsletters.

Send howdy emails, email them on mass occasion such as Christmas or New Year, ask them time to time about their difficulties with your product or service etc.

Its simple gain their trust first. Don't just send product newsletters, send them articles or links to posts which might actually help them.
