Request was made about it. So, here are my thoughts. I have used them a while back (a year).

Performance wise I can say they are really good. But outside of UK even in the mainland Europe their performance can vary. For UK and specially people around London this is a great host.

They are great but addons going to cost you. Even SSL is not free.

I am very impressed by their managed dedicated servers. They delivered it before time. And help me setup my whole thing as if I was a 5 year old. Which is much appreciated by the way.
Great performance great support and superb uptime. A definitely 9/10 service.
