Affiliate Marketing without a site

People keep saying that I will need a site for affiliate products. But what I see is that many marketers just put affiliate links in their signatures and post it in the forums. So, is it really possible?

Yes, it is possible that you can get sales without a site. But still you will need a landing page.

I have seen a plenty of marketers who just choose a product, create a landing page for it and start promoting it. They don't have and don't worry about whether they have a site or not. Affiliate marketing is the foremost way of generating money so if you do it right you don't need a site.
