Yeah, you can do that. If your brand is an established one then it will give an extra boost in your rankings.

I completely agree with you. If the brand name is already ranking then it will be easy to get ranked when the head will have its name embedded in.

If you are getting a word phrase which is of high demand and has low competition then using brand name won't be necessary, it will rank by its own potential. Rather it will add value to your brand.

Yes it good idea to have your brand name as your meat title, it is a good marketing strategy.

It is normal to include the brand name along with the title in which contains your target keyword. This will build your reputations within the respected field.

Yes, if the keyword of brand name is ranking then it is a very good idea to add them as the title. It will help you to rank faster.
