I am looking for an analytics that can track the metrics of traffic, clicks generated and also the revenue from each sale across different affiliate programs.

Try Google Analytics. It will be provide you with all the metrics you need and also its free & easy to use.

Google Analytics is good. But if you want alternative then its "OpenWebAnalytics"..
Its good and also free.
