As I recall you are trying to learn Internet Marketing, right?
So, what field exactly are you looking into here? Its a vast field and have tons of different courses. Without knowing in what you are interested in its very difficult to refer to suggest you anything.

The best thing you can do is go through some tutorials about PPC and then just start your own campaign all by yourself. Many people learnt that way. You are never going to learn it if we are never going to try and fail.

Earlier this week I was suggested Neil Patel's Quicksprout blog. I read it thoroughly for two days and guess what learnt nothing. It was a total waste of my time.

You are not the first one disappointed. The thing about Neil Patel's guides are that they look very tempting and actionable but once you read them all you will know that they are just void information nothing actionable at all.
The only good thing about those is that to see and watch how good one can perform the art o presentation.
