If you truly care about your privacy and not some service that will just do the work in name then go for NodeMaven. Don't get me wrong here FP will do the work but their ip's are not all clean all the time so even if NM is a bit expensive it is better to go with them specially if you are a newbie.

The intended purpose of the proxy is much important here.

For things like web scrapping FP is much better option than NM. Why? Because it is very cost effective.

@llg2 NM is costly. Go for Fp, they are good one nad best suited for SEO related works.
