No its not. All blogs don't provide no-follow some of them also provide do-follow. But yeah its true that maximum provide no-follow.

Paul is right. Through blog commenting you get maximum no-follow links. There are very few bloggers who are actually provide do-follow back-links.

For wordpress, by default all links in comments are no-follow. Am pretty sure this is true, please correct me if am wrong.
