What amount of time gap should one need or give before updating a blog in the real estate niche?

There is no specific time gap for it and in my opinion there no niche is have anything to do with time gap either. As long as you have content you can give update as frequently as you need.

Twice a day of update will do and it will depend on the current status if there are many news or release.
