For one of our publication sites we are using their fully managed DS's. They are quite good I must say specially for mainland Europe. Support can be a bit fast but that is not an issue in our case.
You can also have UK or US DC's which is a plus for many here in the forum so there's that.
Starting prices are on the higher scale specially for fully managed ones but they are worth it. Along with the good service they also provide good technical support but as I said it could a bit fast.
No issues in the long run. Been using it for months now. If I had to rate then I will give them a solid 7.5 out of 10.
