When it comes to Keyword use in page or anchor text or anywhere. What do you guys suggest that google stand to this?

Google doesn't care about your keyword density or anything. You can put wherever you want them.
But what Google do care about is that its relevancy. Is it relevant to the hosting page? Along with the linking page which the anchor text is referring to.

Google is less keyword now when it comes to understanding the site pages content.

First off let’s define anchor text. Anchor text is that portion of a hyperlink that is viewed by a user on a webpage (the clickable text). Here is an example: in html code, the link will be denoted with <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.domain.com">http://www.domain.com</a><!-- m --> and the anchor text will be bolded as “ anchor text ”

It totally depends on the webpage you are using your keywords for. Anchor texts are more useful for building backlinks whereas keywords can be defined anywhere whether you are building backlinks or writing a content for your webpage.
