One of my blog is 2 months old. But still it is not ranking in the Google SERP's. We have created links and promoting in every possible way known. Then why?

With this information I can say that creating links won't matter. What matters is that the links are of high quality or not!!
Create a good link profile to get ranked better from high authority pages with relevant anchor texts and also linking towards the right relevant page of your blog.

First do indexing of webpages on webmaster tool, then go for great SEO with both on-page and off page. It does not matter how old your blog or site is and make sure your content on blog is not duplicate. Create backlinks for you web-blog.

Check your on page, any problem from on page, so that only not ranking.

Once check your website if you are forget any on page things like fetching then also its take more time to crawl.
