How can I increase the signups of my site? My site is about toys. I am getting much visitors but they are not signing up.

Can you share your urls with us. It will help us to give you a proper assessment. Anyway, I will recommend you to build a signup form in the most landing page of your site, a good pop-up window will also do the the thing.

You can allure your visitors with a sing up pop-up. It worked for me. Offer them free stuff in exchange of sign ups.
