Any ideas for who writes sales copies and hope to get conversions.

It is possible. I have done it but you need to outbid your competitors every time. Assuming that you are using PPC campaigns to send traffic to your sales page.
I just copied the most converting sales page in our product's niche and change it a little bit. Added some fonts . Write a line or two and then compare.
We didn't cared about money rather than targeting specific keywords. Outbidding competitors are worth it because we got sales.

I don't agree. Everything has to align in a perfect way to get that much high conversions. Its not that you target right kw's with high budget and you will be able to get sales.
You will have to have the perfect sales copy along with robust landing page and swift process of getting audience, filtering them to become leads & get sales.
I am not saying that its impossible or you haven't done it. I am just saying that luck is also have to be on your side.

Get the content writer who is specialised in advertise writing.
Do proper research work. Set different experimental ad copies to see the response from the audience. Hope it will help to get the conversion after some days.

Not just content copies, but also the timings, database also matters for good conversion ratio.

Increasing your conversion rates is absolutely crucial. Having a good conversion rate is the foundation of high sales volume.
