What are the points that differs Bing optimization for SEO from Google?

There are several points that differs Bing from Google such as:
- Bing gives much more priority over content than Google.
- Bing gives domain age more priority than Google.
- Keywords placed in head and meta are much more important than keywords in body according to Bing. But Google gives much emphasize on body keywords along with keywords in title and meta.
- Infographs and flash files are much more given precedence in Bing than Google.

In my opinion Bing prioritizes mainly in on page factors than Google like content, tags, headers, meta description etc.

I have some conclusions but I don't know they are entirely correct or not. I think that Bing takes on-page factors more into context than Google.
