Anyway, try mass answering sites like Reddit or Quora. I don't know how they will turn up. But you will never know unless you try actually.

I don't prefer Quora. Its flooded with spammers these days.
And coming to reddit. You have to know where to promote otherswise it also be pointless, specifically to tell in which sub-reddit to use.
