Optimizing Anchor Texts were hard until I found this!! - glight - 05-06-2019

Optimizing anchor texts were really hard for me. As I don't belong from a SEO background. Many people suggested me many things about optimizing anchor texts with branded keywords, generic kw's, naked links or urls etc etc.

Until I found this article in ahref blog. I am sharing this because this post has really given me some actionable insight about the topic and also I found this forum always friendly so here it is.

I don't know who had suggested you what.

But its not that hard you know. Just you have to make sure that the anchor text is relevant to the referring page mainly. And also compatible to the host page too.

Well I really don't care. As we have a good brand name so I use it 90% time or may be more.

Keyword stuffing can be done as long as it is relevant.

And in your case it can be brand name but for most of us its not.

Thanks for the article. Its really a good read.

I just make anchor texts relevant. I don't optimize them or such.
