As growth hacking are on tremendous rise these days. Does it really sound good to hire a growth hacker for my online business? As people just fakes by saying that they are growth hacker. It is really hard to find a good one.

If you think your online business needs a professional growth hacker then you should hire one. As, you have said hiring a growth hacker is a difficult process so I will strongly recommend you to see their respective previous works and not their shining resumes. If any other person or your fellow professional who have hired one of them before then you ask them to refer one. And also when you hire one of them, set them a definite goal to complete.

Growth Hacking is in trend these days. Everyone is hiring one growth hacker to grow their business.
You should ask or find out what your fellow business owners are doing if hiring then whom they prefer. Once you find one ask for his/her previous experiences, review their previous work and determine their success rate. Growth hacking is all about following one's instinct so test them first by giving them small works once you are convinced then give them big assignments.
