Although it depends on your niche. $200 is pretty thin budget. Check out Bidvertiser or fb ads. Don't go for large networks such as adwords or media.net they won't even bring enough exposure.

Yeah, its true too. To OP I say that Adversal is a CPM network so with $200 you might not get any conversion but it will definitely get you maximum exposure.
