Regulating Comments in your Blog - anush - 12-17-2014

It is very obvious for bloggers that they get plenty of comments on their blog posts. Not all the comments are appreciable their are may be plenty of negative comments & spam comments also. Spam comments are meant to get deleted but what about negative comments. Do you guys delete them also??

Deleting spam comments is necessary. But i don't delete negative comments unless their is utmost necessity for it. Replying to the negative comments or solving their query for it, is another way to increase the trust rate of your blog.

I totally agree with you Paul.
Deleting means ignoring the users. If the users see that you have spammed their comment or deleted them then they might never be back to your blog. And you will loose one visitor.
