I mean those are paid apps but they get sales. Even the corresponding android app is not getting any downloads even if its free. Why is that?

It happens because iPhone users are a handful group of very selected people. If you are not living in a first world country such as the US or UK. Its very hard to buy a iPhone with your regular income. So, if an app is paid then also it get sales if its good.

Well certainly is one way to say.
But actually happens is that android have many apps for just one category but in the case of iPhone they only have one or two apps per category so obviously people pays to get the app.
