What is the most maximum open rate you have got on a business day?

Here is no direct answer to this question. It totally depends on the type of list (such as whether it is single or double opt-in) and also how it has been acquired.
In a general case of double opt-in list its safe to say that open rate on that niche's business day it will be more that 80%.

My single opt-in lists lies around 75%.

Well business day or not. We get a around 70% open rate for all of our double opt-in lists.
