If you are availing their basic plans then you shouldn’t worry about a thing. They are one of the best in terms of everything. But if you are going for high up plans such as VPS/VDS etc then you should have a clear conversation with them about all the elements that you are getting into your plan. They are good no doubt about it but often it seems miscommunication leading to getting wrong hardware setup or something else on top of a non-refund policy.

Basically they are a great host. But if you want to automate something in your account such as bcakups or SSL’s etc. Or, want to use any special command which is is not usual for a normal user since if you are using any custom setup then you should consult them first. It is better to have a clear conversation then rather doing something and regretting afterwards. They are good but their policies can be a headache.
