It seems where I look Cloudways have international reviews and trustpilot uk basically has paid reviews. So, please users from UK only reply on this.

We bought four accounts as a part of our business. All of them worked fine until one of them get locked upon due toVultr account. Then it took almost 2 weeks to get resolved.

Absolutely fantastic service, If you are newbie to VPS/VDS services and want to manage your setup yourself or can’t do it due to lack of technical expertise then it is service which will be of great use for you. Frankly as a UK user I think they are cheap. They provide robust support and don’t even charge extra for many things. Many other hosting providers here in UK doesn’t have their decency.

I would like point out a serious matter about them. I am currently using them but soon I can be sifting from them. This not because they are bad but because they are replacing humans with AI chat bots. Often they give wrong answer and I end up with the worst end of the stick. My urge is to them don’t deploy AI chat bots until and unless you have severely tested them. As a London resident I am having trouble with them and I am surrounded by data centers and actual workers. Don’t know how they are going to perform on a man/women who is living in the country side. So, my advice will be don’t be dumb don’t replace actual people, and yes ofcourse if you want to loose money then go ahead and do it as you wish. Like I care.
