Listen pal many network may accept but here is the fact. Those networks will only give you much low quality products and hence instead of making money will be refunding money a lot to your customers. So, now the choice is yours.
And if you want to start affiliate marketing then you should start with clickbank. Its the best place for newbies.

And for the OP I will say that learn affiliate marketing first so start small. Go for Clickbank as suggested earlier.
