We promote it through PPC Ad campaigns.

You will need very good backlinks in your link profile to get ranked.

Most of the eCommerce sites usually uses PPC ad campaigns for their tons of product pages for them to reach the target audience in fast paced method but still it needs tests to filter the right campaign.
