I have been provided by my host with both of them. But I cannot use both of them at the same time, I have to choose either one of them to scan for malwares or such sort things.
What are you personal eexperience with these two? Which one should I choose?

Imunify360 is good for big ones and cPGuard is good for small & medium sized ones.
If they are both offered to you for free then the choice is yours.
My 2 cents Imunify360 is an enterprise level thing which you are getting for free then why chose anything else?
