They are an excellent choice for small and medium sized sites. They can be great for large sites as well if they become a little more competitive as their competitors in giving robust services & options in their VPS and Dedicated servers.

They are great but their renewal charges are sky high. If you want to keep the customers then charge in good amount first so they don't get disappointed later.

Customer service is not so fast while outside of Europe. Still great performance and great value for money.

They are great for people who staring out new on the internet. They give away free many things for the first time. So, once you have enough knowledge you can judge things yourself. They are a well recommended service for beginners. However the learning curve for rookies can be a bit hard. But their assistance is all over the place so it ia good thing. A 7 out of 10 service when it comes to reliability.
