No its not necessary, If you are targeting an audience that does't speaks English then it will be a complete waste. Yeah you can always make a separate version but if its not needed they why bother.

It depends solely on what kind of audience you are targeting. If They speak English then its yes otherwise why spend effort and money in something that's not necessary.

Actually we are targeting Indian traffic. And our audience is both English and Hindi speaking.
