I am using their DS for one of our project. Their services is good, yes. But they lack seriously knowledge base and also managed solutions. However managed services isn't an issue for me but knowledge base is. Since we tend to manage everything, a requirement of proper knowledge base is of utmost importance. We are using other hosting providers KB to gets things done in the linux and other server fronts. Their support is also good but lacks technical expertise they are only good for sales and other newbie things. I would definitely give this service a 6/10.

They are not very well known hosting service. Having tested their server I can tell that they are decent but you will have to know what you are doing otherwise their learning curve is steep. The main thing I enjoyed about them is that they are scalable as hell. There are only few services which gives this much options all at first instance.
