We are giving away pdfs to our subscribers. So, here is my query should we send directly the pdfs as attachment to the email or should we send away links to the page from where to download it?

I would suggest send away links. In this way you will know how is your engagement rate with your subscribers.

If you think that your subscribers are loyal enough to come through the links and download then only you should send the link. If not then don't. What if they have only subscribed to your subscription just for the pdf. If you send links then it will only backfire.

If you are giving away pdfs then why don't you get some leads out of them. Send your subscribers the link to your download page.
