They are good and quite expensive to the liking of all Asian users but it's not that their services won't sale, they will. People always pay extra for premium services, so they just have to market a little bit differently. There is no question regarding that. Service is also good but they could be a bit fast. I think it solely depends on the location of yours. Overall a great 7/10 hosting company.

They block ip's of emails. I usually do things from my desktop of office but on an odd day when I tried to login through my home computer they totally blocked my ip. I contacted them and it got resolved alright. But it took almost 24 hours. That is the only downer I would say for us.

Great performance, support is also well educated unlike many other big names from EIG group who couldn't even handle a straight up php version change situation.

Quality hosting provider from Asia. I would definitely say that. But look up to their TOI before buying because it may be different from other Western countries.
