Decent host company I would say. They would have been great if they had phone support.

Although they are a very good host in my opinion but do not go for their shared hosting plans. They are slow performance wise. And since they lack data centers all around the world many would face slow response of their sites. But I would definitely bat for their VPS, I have used their plesk VPS. Super easy to use, friendly support and great performance.
