Yes, Pinterest links are not dofollow.

The link on your Pinterest page is a do-follow link which will benefit SEO. However, the links on pins that you post and re-pin are no-follow so will not affect SEO.

Whether a do follow or no follow Pinterest is a good network to drive traffic to your website. You just need to promote your images and build good traffic from them.
